These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNKH. Before using the service, please read the provisions below on service scope, account management, compliant use and refunds. By accessing or using the service, you accept the terms in effect at that time. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Services and Scope
VPNKH provides a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access and access to international websites. International routes cover 120+ countries / 180+ routes, and clients support Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, client features and connection performance may depend on your network, selected region and the policies of the destination service.
A subscription provides the right to use routes under the relevant plan. It does not include accounts or paid benefits for third-party websites, streaming platforms or AI tools. Third-party services may independently change their available regions, content libraries or account policies. You must follow their respective terms when using those services.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to create an account; you can use a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for subscription use under your account. The service supports unlimited devices online at the same time, but this does not permit you to resell or rent out your account, subscription link or access rights, or share them with unrelated parties.
Monthly subscriptions provide the data allowance specified by the selected plan, resetting each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. See the plans page for plan details and pricing. Before choosing, check how subscriptions and data packages are billed so you do not confuse their data rules.
Compliant Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and in the regions involved in your use of the service. You are responsible for confirming that the content you intend to access and your manner of use are compliant. You must not use VPNKH for illegal activities, infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content or disrupt networks, systems or other users.
You must not resell route resources without authorization, distribute subscription credentials in bulk or use the service to avoid normal charges. If VPNKH identifies use that may violate these terms, it may investigate and take necessary measures based on the circumstances. Any action will be limited to what is needed to maintain normal service operation and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
VPNKH maintains its subscription service and routes, but cross-border connections may be affected by local networks, device settings, destination website policies, upstream link changes or maintenance. Route lists and suggested use cases, where available, are for reference only. They do not guarantee continuous access to any particular website, consistent availability of a particular video quality or constant connection performance.
If you have connection issues, first check that your subscription is valid and your client is configured correctly, then try another region or route type. VPNKH makes no commitments about the results of interruptions caused by user devices, third-party platforms or network elements outside its control. Applicable laws and regulations take precedence where they provide otherwise.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
You may stop using the service at any time. If an account is involved in resale, unusual use following credential exposure, illegal activity or another serious violation of these terms, VPNKH may take measures appropriate to the circumstances, including restricting use, suspending service or terminating it. Such measures do not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
VPNKH may revise these terms due to service changes or compliance requirements, and will publish the updated text and revision date on the website. Review the current version before continuing to use the service. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service. Changes to these terms do not constitute a unilateral retroactive decision on the outcome of disputes that arose before the change.
Refunds
You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. To apply, submit order-related information through the support ticket section of the user panel so the request can be verified and processed. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported payment methods.
Submit your request within the period stated above. Read this refund commitment together with the subscription information on the plans page. Mandatory provisions of applicable laws and regulations take precedence when they apply to refund processing. For questions about accounts, subscriptions or refunds, you can also submit a ticket through the user panel.
